What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a guided meditation experience in which you immerse yourself in therapeutic sounds created with live instruments. It is a space to disconnect from stress and anxiety and reconnect with calm, tranquility, and positive energy.

What should I bring?

Bring your yoga mat, and if you’d like to be more comfortable, feel free to bring cushions, blankets, or an eye mask. We want you to feel comfortable and let yourself be carried away by the experience.

What should I wear?

The most important thing is that you feel comfortable. Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes. We also suggest bringing a light sweater in case it gets a little chilly.

When do they arrive, and how long does the session last?

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled. The session begins at 7:30 PM sharp. It usually lasts between 60 and 75 minutes (this may vary depending on the type of session).

We meet every Thursday at Club Herbalife Fit & Dance, 2229 S Laramie Ave, Cicero, IL 60804.

Can I participate even if I've never done anything like this before?

Of course! Our sessions are open to all skill levels, and no prior experience is necessary. Just bring your curiosity, an open mind, and a desire to experience the sound.
